The Hi Hi’s superb run of form has guaranteed them a top half finish in their first season in the Premier Division and they have the opportunity to climb the table if they take maximum points form their last two league matches. Tomorrow they meet Broxburn Athletic at Albyn Park and will be looking for some revenge as Broxburn were a shade fortunate to win the earlier encounter at Millfield. Unfortunately manager Scott Bonar looks like having to finish the season without two of his regular midfield players. Illness has kept Seamus Russell on the sidelines lately and it looks like he will be joined by midfield powerhouse Ali Simpson. Simpson had to leave the field in the early stages of the Linlithgow match with a knee problem and it looks as though his season is over. This is a double blow for the Hi Hi’s especially with a League Cup quarter final tie against Coldstream at Millfield, on the horizon.
