The Hi Hi’s have no fixture this weekend and the players will be put through their paces in a Saturday morning training session. Once again the break gives manager Scott Bonar some respite from what has been a horrendous run of injuries that stretches back to the start of the current season. Top scorers Guy McGarry and Shaun Hill have hardly featured this season and Dale O’Hara, Zach Szemis, Cammy Watson and Brodie McKenzie are all still sidelined. It’s hoped that some of these players will see competitive action in the coming weeks. Haddington will be back in action next Saturday, 29th October, when they face Oakley United in a key Premier League match at Millfield. The following Tuesday, 1st November, Millfield hosts another Premier League match when Broxburn Athletic provide the opposition.
