There was a shock for Millfield officials following their Conference A victory over Arniston Rangers last Wednesday, when player/manager Joe Hamill announced that he had accepted the Musselburgh Athletic manager’s job. Hamill has been at the club for four years and has overseen a gradual improvement in playing standards at the club. Joe has had considerable experience of playing at the highest level and his presence on the park will also be be missed. Goalkeeping coach David Simmonds will also move to Olive Bank as Assistant Manager. Haddington wish them well in their new positions and thank them for their time at Millfield.
