The Hi Hi’s will break new ground on Saturday when they will officially play at tier 6 in Scottish football for the first time in their history. Manager Scott Bonar’s side won last season’s Conference A Championship and they will take their place alongside some strong sides in the East of Scotland Premier League. First up is Hill of Beath who will be making their first visit to Millfield. There have been two cup meetings between these sides and both have taken place in Fife with each side recording a victory.

Haddington manager Scott BonarĀ  has made a number of new signings and some are expected to be in the starting line up. A lot is expected of Brodie McKenzie who has joined from Leith Athletic but he is unavailable tomorrow as is former skipper Gabri Auriemma who has a three match suspension carried over from last season. The Fifers will provide a stiff test and an interesting ninety minutes is in prospect.

Next Tuesday, Haddington make the short trip into Edinburgh for another league game against Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale who play at Spartan’s Ainslie Park in north Edinburgh. This match kicks off at 7.45pm.
