An attractive cup tie takes place at Millfield this coming Friday, 21st October, when Haddington Athletic Under 20s entertain Hearts in the second round of the Scottish Youth Cup, a competition restricted to players under 18 years of age. The young Hi Hi’s earned their place in this round when they beat Tynecastle 4 -1 in Edinburgh last month and they will relish the chance to face their more fancied opponents. Manager Scott Martin will be without influential midfielder Wilson Ngome who has a serious knee injury and will be without several of Wilson’s older teammates.
Entry is by a suggested donation of at least £2 and Haddington are hoping for a good attendance.
