Haddington take a break from the rigours of the East of Scotland Premier League when they turn their attention to the East of Scotland League Cup. They have a first round tie at Millfield on Saturday when they face Craigroyston from the Second Division. Having beaten Edinburgh sides Lothian Thistle HV and Tynecastle in the past fortnight, the Hi Hi’s will be looking to complete a capital treble. However manager Scott Bonar will be reminding his players that they lost to Craigroyston in a pre season friendly and that they cannot be complacent.

The Hi Hi’s extended their unbeaten run to nine games at Meggetland and they will be keen to reach double figures. Striker Guy McGarry is still one week away from full fitness but Dale Cornet and Joe Tait are available again and are added to last weeks squad. The winners of tomorrows tie will be at home to either Lothian Thistle or Ormiston Primrose in the second round.
