Following on from the previous update regarding the SFA announcement on the suspension of professional and grassroots football, there have been several other developments.

A further directive requested that group training sessions cease , so in line with other teams in the club, there will be no football activity for the foreseeable future.

With the closure of pubs, clubs, and cafes , it has been decided to suspend the Haddington Athletic Lottery until further notice. Most of the lottery income comes through these outlets. The first team committee wish to thank these businesses for their long term support and hope that they will continue to support the lottery when it’s back up and running. The lottery has been the main source of income for the first team for a number of years and this decision, although not taken lightly, became inevitable.

The Speakers Night has been rescheduled from next month until September 19th. Speakers and venue unchanged. A final decision will be made at the start of August when we will be further through this crisis.
