It came as no surprise when last Saturday’s East of Scotland Qualifying Cup tie at Dundonald was postponed following a week of sub zero temperatures. The referee inspecting Moorside Park on the morning of the game found water lying on top of a frozen surface so had little difficulty in making his decision. This tie has now been postponed on no fewer than three occasions. It has now been rescheduled for Saturday 3rd February.
