There is expected to be another big crowd at Millfield on Tuesday evening when the Hi Hi’s entertain county rivals Dunbar United in the third round of the League Cup. A home tie against Crossgates Primrose in the quarter finals, is the reward for the winner. The Seasiders hold local bragging rights at the moment courtesy of two odd goal victories in their Premier League clashes. Dunbar came from behind at New Countess Park in September to win by two goals to one and only a Dunbar penalty separated the sides when they met at Millfield last month. So manager Scott Bonar and his players will have something to prove on Tuesday evening. The good news for Hi Hi’s fans is that although Gabri Auriemma is unavailable, Seamus Russell, Gary Windram and Guy McGarry should all be fit and there is also a chance that skipper Nick Aitchison will make the squad as he continues his rehab with the Under 20s.
