Haddington are due to face Dundonald Bluebell in the East of Scotland Qualifying Cup at Moorside Park this Saturday but with the country in the grip of freezing conditions there must already be a doubt if many games on this weeks fixture list will go ahead. This tie was due to have been played back in November but on that occasion the match referee called the game off after Haddington had arrived at the ground.
If the match goes ahead then manager Bonar is likely to make a couple of changes from the side that lost at Olive Bank. Striker Mark McGovern is back in training since picking a thigh muscle injury in early September. He is likely to get some match practice with the Under 20s before making his return t o the first team. Midfield player Seamus Russell is expected to be back in action next month, but defender Mikey Robertson is some way away from returning following a broken leg.
