Haddington’s Scottish Cup tie at Brechin may be a few weeks away, but excitement is building in the town and the team is already assured of their biggest away support in years. With both buses full there are a number of supporters travelling by car and train and will no doubt make themselves heard at picturesque Glebe Park. Brechin lost their SPFL place last season and are attempting to bounce back at the first time of asking by winning the Highland League. They beat Deveronvale 4 – 1 in Banff earlier this season, and manager Scott Bonar and his players are well aware that this tie represents another huge challenge.
