Haddington will hoping to break their duck for 2020 when they entertain Dalkeith Thistle in an Inter Conference game at Millfield tomorrow. The Hi Hi’s 2010 team with coaches Darryl Wilson and Simon Bennett will provide the half time entertainment.
Last Saturday proved to be another hard luck story for the Hi Hi’s when they went down by the odd goal in five at Glenrothes. Once again it was a story of missed chances as the Hi Hi’s should have been well out of sight by half time. Down 3 0 after 55 minutes, goals from Cunningham and Congalton got the visitors back in the game and Simpson missed a great chance to rescue a point but he hit the side net in the closing minute. So three odd goal defeats has given manager Joe Hamill and his players a mountain to climb in terms of promotion and they cannot afford another slip up on Saturday.
